Dune buggy track

Set in the heart of the property the tailor made Dune Buggy course has a number of terrains including sand grass and loose dirt. Highlighted on the map (Light Blue) this course gives you a chance to practice your driving technique.

If you are over 16 hold a valid current drivers license you can take your turn on the tracks but please remember we are not an extreme course and will stop anyone who is not driving safely or is in control of the vehicle at all times. Passengers are welcome to join a driver for a small additional fee but must be at least 45" in height

and be accompanied by a qualifying adult. (Over 21 years of age)

After a brief safety course and fitting of helmet gloves and goggles, which is provided, you will be guided around for one lap the instructors. You can then run a further 4 laps on your own this is where you will have the chance to hone your skills on this surprisingly challenging course.

The tracks are purpose built mostly made from fine natural sand and grass but, has a number of tight twists and turns and even has a few "yumps" but remember these are land buggies and not aircraft so take "offs" are not allowed. Above all be prepared to get dirty maybe very dirty.

The Can-Am Commander X Buggy is known as a side- by- side but is like no other on the market. It has a 976 cc V-twin engine it is made of steel with front and rear ventilated disc brakes.

An automatic gear box with reverse function. It is capable of speeds of upwards of 50 mph. It has a full 3 point harness seat belt for both driver and passenger and side netting for safety and comfort.

To drive this machine you must weigh less than 300lbs and be under 6'4" to fit into the seats.
