Terms & Conditions
By its very nature this type of outdoor sports are dangerous and certain of the Terms and Conditions written below are included with this in mind.
- Bookings may only be made by, and participation on the track is only allowed for, holders of a full driving license and of the agreed age, weight and height as indicated in each discipline.
- A booking will be made in your name upon receipt of a completed booking form and either the appropriate remittance or receipt of a valid voucher for the full amount due. Bookings are non-transferable without prior notice and acceptance.
- Late arrivals to the property, for any reason, are considered to be no-shows and as such are not entitled to take part in any of the arranged disciplines. However, solely at the discretion of the management, you may be able to join a later group if there are vacancies. If this is not possible you must agree that the terms of your booking have been revoked and you are not entitled to any refund.
- Unless written notification of a cancellation is received at least 21 days before the date booked no refund will become due. In the event that it is received a 15% administration and handling fee will be deducted from the total due. In the event the booking was made with a gift voucher it will remain valid up to its expiry date.
- No refunds will be given for vouchers not redeemed before the expiry date.
- No refunds will be given in the event of your non- attendance at the track, for whatever reason including weather.
- We reserve the right to cancel the session at any time for whateever reason including weather and where possible an alternative date will be offered. It is agreed that this will be the full measure of damages due to you in the event of cancellation and is accepted by you as being reasonable.
- We reserve the right to alter the programme content for any of the listed disciplines on the grounds of mechanical problems, unsafe terrain or inclement weather.
- The entire property is managed by Revolution The Off Road Experience, you may not enter any areas marked for conservation and may not deviate from the designated tracks at any time.
- We reserve the right to prevent your participation at any time if we consider you are unfit to drive for reasons of health or consumption of alcohol and/or drugs. In such event you will not be offered a refund or an alternative date and asked to leave the property immediately.
- You will be required to attend at least two forms of safety instruction, read complete and sign Safety, Indemnity and Waiver forms against loss and personal injury failure to sign such forms will automatically disqualify you from participating in any activity on the property.
- You will be expected to comply with our directions and instructions at all times during your visit and we reserve the right to prevent your participation or halt your continuing participation. Under such circumstances there is no right to any refund or redress.
- If we do not consider your behaviour to be reasonable or responsible and/or we consider you are unfit to drive for any reason we reserve the right to prevent your participation or halt your continuing participation. Under such circumstances there is no right to any refund or redress.
- For any termination of participation under paragraphs 10, 12 and 13 you will be asked to leave the property immediately.
- Safety helmets, gloves and goggles will be provided and it is compulsory that they be worn at all times while driving, or being driven, in any Revolution The Off Road Experience vehicle on land or water.
- Spectators are welcome on the property by prior arrangement, but must complete and sign the liability waiver form.
- Only refreshments provided or purchased from Revolution The Off Road Experience may be consumed on the premises.
- Animals found on the property are part of the conservation wildlife alliance and may not be interfered with provoked or harmed in any way. Revolution The Off Road Experience does not accept any liability for any personal injury sustained by animals, reptiles, insects or any other creature found on the property. Pets are not permitted on the property.
