Revolution - The off road experience

Safety

Now let’s be quite clear before we start: Safety is the responsibility of everyone who takes part in any kind of sporting activity and outdoor adventures in all its forms, is a risk activity therefore we take this aspect of our business very seriously.

Firstly, you will be required to complete our waiver and liability forms before you are allowed on any of our vehicles and you’ll also be asked to complete and acknowledge that you have been advised of the safety rules before you start. This will include any returning visitors and anyone with prior motor sport experience. At Revolution safety is uppermost in the mind of every team member, and we make no apology for the amount of times we reiterate this.

The vehicles used in each discipline will have individual safety features which will be explained in your pre-drive briefing. However in general the safety rules are as follows:

  • Users of the property must complete and sign waiver forms for personal loss or injury this will include visitors and drivers.
  • Drivers must attend the safety instruction briefing session before driving or riding on any vehicle.
  • All Visitors must wear the wristband issued on the day at all times this is non transferable.
  • Any driver thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted access to the vehicles and will be asked to leave the property immediately without refund of any money paid.
  • It is the responsibility of the visitor to inform Revolution staff of any medical condition (such as back or heart conditions) that could affect your enjoyment or maybe aggravated by your participation in these activities. In signing the waiver forms you are undertaking full disclosure and warranting that you are fit and able to participate.
  • Medication that makes you feel drowsy should NOT be used before your visit.
  • Safety notices and directional signs are positioned around the tracks and perimeter fencing. It is the visitor’s responsibility to follow these directions, we cannot guarantee your safety if you go into the swamp areas.
  • Drivers for the 4X4 and Rally cars must hold a full valid current driving license.
  • Riders must wear the safety garments provide.
  • When participating in water sports you will be required to wear life jackets.

Remember the Florida sun is HOT and care should be taken to prevent burning.

Revolution has undertaken to put much of it’s land into conservation, which means that many indigenous animals and reptiles are present. Some of these are dangerous and visitors should not try to handle or tame any of these creatures. Our motto is: Don’t bother them and they won’t bother you.

All vehicles carry first aid kits and our instructors are trained by the “American Red Cross” in basic first aid If visiting the area you should have adequate travel insurance cover.

Obey our instructors at all times - they are acting in your best interest. Please remember that we do reserve the right to evict any person acting irresponsibly – immediately and with no recompense.

Whilst we will take every precaution to protect you and your property it is not our responsibility.

One final rule, have FUN and thank you in advance for making it a safe and memorable day.
